Purse designed and made in America by Katherine Ragghianti using vintage Japanese kimonos.
In the age when the kimono was an everyday garment, these specially decorated kimonos were used when attending a tea ceremony, a cherry blossom viewing or a special outing. Each kimono features a distinct yet traditional design such as landscapes, flowers, temples or even modern geometric designs.

Hand made purse from original vintage Japanese obi.Lined with kimono fabric, two inside pockets,with outside pocket on backside. Hand made button and glass bead clasp, pumpkin decorations on strap and side. One of a kind. Designed and made by American fiber artist Katherine Ragghianti.
Purse is 9.5"X10.5"X3" Strap is adjustable 44"-47" long, 1.5" wide.
May be used every day or for special occasions.
